Analysis of Multiplex Social Networks with <i>R</i>

Multiplex social networks are characterized by a common set of actors connected through multiple types relations. The multinet package provides R functions to analyze multiplex within the more general framework multilayer networks, where each type relation is represented as layer in network. contains import/export, create and manipulate implementations several state-of-the-art network analysis algorithms, e.g., for centrality measures, comparison, community detection visualization. Internally, mainly written native C++ integrated with using Rcpp package.
